The main teaching approach on this course is enquiry-based learning, where you will learn different ways of thinking about a problem. This approach is designed to shape your mind professionally, preparing you for critical resolutions for problems you will be required to resolve in the workplace.
Study of this subject is vocationally focused, and you will enhance your employment prospects by building an electronic portfolio of HRM work to showcase to potential employers. CIPD Accreditation is in progress to offer greater prestige to the degree.

Please note fees are paid for each year of study unless otherwise stated. You will be required to re-enrol and pay fees at the beginning of each academic year. Fees may be subject to government regulations on fee increases. If you have no formal qualifications you are still welcome to apply. Your applications will be considered on an individual basis taking into account your professional work, life experiences and your ability to engage with and benefit from the course. You will be particularly welcomed if you are an experienced HRM administration assistant.
International students need to meet our English language requirement at either IELTS at 6.0 or above and a minimum of 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening).
