OverviewThis course aims produce compassionate, competent and confident nursing associates at academic level 5, qualified to deliver a wide range of clinical care and inter-personal skills underpinned by a systematic knowledge base. Applicants must be working full-time for a health or social care organisation as a healthcare assistant or other nursing support role and be sponsored by their organisation. They will need to secure agreement that they can be released to attend all study days and all accepted student will have a sponsoring manager to ensure commitment and support from the employing organisation.
