This module is taught by members of our English Language Unit and will be designed to improve your English in a scientific context. Please see www.liv.ac.uk/elu for details.

Entry requirements

MRes pathways have a greater research element than MSc programmes for students who wish to progress to a career in research and as such a good first degree (2:1 Hons or equivalent) in a relevant Biological Sciences subject is required. The normal expectation is that students who have completed an MRes will progress to a PhD degree.. International qualifications Applications from international students are welcome. International qualifications will be evaluated in line with the National Recognition Information Centre (NARIC) guidelines.
