The unique stresses of modern life, combined with natural disasters and geopolitical conditions, have led to the rapid growth of the field of crisis and trauma studies. With Israel and Tel Aviv as a living laboratory for research and practice in the field, there is no better place than TAU to gain deeper knowledge and professional competence in this field alongside the world鈥檚 leading experts in crisis and trauma studies.
This one-year program is designed to train students to plan and deliver services in a wide range of personal and communal crises, including public disasters created by war, natural disasters, and terrorism, as well as personal crises related to immigration, domestic violence, divorce, illness and bereavement.
