The MSM full-time MBA is a one-year program conducted at the MSM campus in Maastricht. You will have full day classes, consisting of interactive lectures, individual and group assignments, work visits and guest lectures.
To allow you to customize your MBA around your specific study needs and career perspectives a number of business-related and industry-focused specializations.
Joining the full-time MBA program means that you can enjoy all benefits of studying full-time at the MSM campus in Maastricht. Besides the regular classes and activities we offer you, a special optional Career and Personal Development Track (CPDT) to help you achieve your goals, an Innovation Management module at RWTH Aachen University and many extracurricular activities.
On graduation, you will receive an MBA degree that is accredited by the NVAO and thus fully recognized as a Dutch degree. This means that if you are an international student, that you may be eligible for an orientation year permit to allow you to stay in the Netherlands for 1 year in order to search for a job as a highly skilled migrant.
Joining the full-time MBA class will challenge you to develop your management skills in a diverse, international and multicultural environment. The more than two dozen nationalities represented in a typical class of the full-time, residential format of the MBA creates a stimulating learning environment inside and outside the classroom.

Admission requirements
The main prerequisite for admission to the full-time residential MBA is a sound academic and professional background. You must hold at least a Bachelors degree from a recognized university. You should also have at least three or more years of relevant working experience, obtained after your bachelor’s degree.
Furthermore, applicants are required to take a GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) and obtain a score of 600 or higher. In addition to a GMAT of 600 or higher, we will also accept a GRE with an equivalent score of 600 or higher. Without either of these two scores, all students need to complete four, online leveling courses. Please ask the Admissions Office for more details.
The official language of instruction of the full-time residential MBA being English, proficiency in English is absolutely essential to be granted admission. If your native language is not English, you must submit evidence of proficiency in the English language by presenting:
a TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score (88 internet-based test; 570 paper-based test)
or
a IELTS (International English Language Testing System) score (6.5 academic test)
The language proficiency requirement can be waived under specific circumstances. Please ask the Admissions Office for more details.
All applicants will be interviewed by an MSM faculty or staff member, or an MSM alumnus. This interview will give the applicant a chance to highlight any motivation or skills beyond the CV and letter of motivation. It will also give MSM a chance to learn more about individual motivations for joining MBA.
