The online master's specialisation Food Technology focuses on the core of food technology: ingredient functionality, sustainable food process engineering and product design. The online specialisation is part of the master's Food Technology, which is one of the best and most innovative programmes in Europe and worldwide. You will learn how to perform food science research, design food products and improve food production processes.
