Are you looking to gain a theoretical and practical introduction to the main legal issues arising from the globalisation of the world economy? This course focuses specifically on the interplay between international and national regulatory frameworks, through attention to macro-level regulation and micro-level ventures, contracts and transactions.
In the core module, you鈥檒l explore recent significant restructuring of international institutions and the persistent erosion of the traditional boundaries dividing public and private international law. You鈥檒l then choose a further five optional modules from an extensive selection of law modules and approved non-law modules.
Our programme examines both the wider issues of governance of the world economy and the specific legal issues arising from various types of international business transactions. You鈥檒l gain a working knowledge of practical legal problems, but the course is equally suitable if you are seeking to embark on an academic career in Law.
