This course allows you to become a registered Food Nutritionist and an expert in food sciences.
By taking this course, you will be joining a a department accredited by the Association for Nutrition, and upon graduation you'll become a Registered Associate Nutritionist upon graduation. Whilst studying Nutrition and Food Science, you will be in an environment with a reputation for excellence in teaching and research. You will benefit from excellent facilities extensive laboratories for practicals and research projects, including the Hugh Sinclair Unit of Human Nutrition, which is unique in being the only active human nutrition research group based in a Food Science department in the UK. This allows for better interdisciplinary research and an excellent studying experience.
