Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree is granted upon completion of the course. The degree is accepted in all EU and several other countries around the world.
The program is designed to provide graduates with the core skills and knowledge required for the effective delivery of pharmaceutical care and the ability to conduct research. The degree covers the chemical, physical, pharmaceutical and pharmacological properties of medical substances and the application of these in the pharmacy profession.
In the first year the curriculum focuses on basic sciences (General, Inorganic, Organic and Analytical Chemistry, Physics, Biophysics, Biostatistics, Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pathophysiology). In the second part of the program (2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th years), students participate in specialized pharmaceutical education (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Management, Clinical Pharmacology, Biopharmacy, Pharmacology and Toxicology).
The pharmaceutical diploma qualifies graduates to work in public and hospital pharmacies, laboratories, pharmaceutical research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, governmental agencies, health maintenance organizations, and also as medical service representatives.

Language requirements:
English language proficiency (assessed at the compulsory entrance examination)
Academic requirements:
High school certificate; entrance examination in Biology and Physics/Chemistry (written and oral)​
