The taught content incudes the changing ideas of family, child protection and health care, regulation of procreation, elder law, capacity and the complex human rights issues that this changing society and scientific advances raise. This course is being offered as a blended learning course with a combination of face to face learning as well as online support via our virtual learning environment.
This course is particularly suited to graduates working within, or intending to work, within the family law and services sector, including overseas practitioners now based in the UK, mediators and arbitrators. It will also be of benefit to health service personnel and those in the charity and voluntary sector amongst others who need specialist legal knowledge and understanding.
