This course is located within the fashion department, and as a subject, is a vibrant and essential part of fashion related areas of activity at Kingston School of Art. You'll gain knowledge of all aspects of the fashion industry and the broader global, ethical, sustainable, and social narratives that have an impact on fashion and the individual.
The course gives you the opportunity to develop and own your experience through developing creative and practical skills that are underpinned by current business industry intelligence, fashion promotion, marketing theory and cultural contexts.
You'll be expected, through engaging with project briefs and industry or collaborative projects, to research and develop original ideas freely and creatively and to form and conclude these ideas into viable real-world fashion promotion and communication outputs. All of which will develop your individual body of work and prepare you for an exciting career in fashion.
